Toledo Clinic Laboratory/Pathology Laboratory
The Toledo Clinic Laboratory is an accredited laboratory, which serves patients of The Toledo Clinic as well as patients of non-Toledo Clinic physicians. For patient convenience, we offer three patient service centers, two of which are located on our Main Campus and one on North Holland-Sylvania Road.
The Toledo Clinic Laboratory provides phlebotomy services (blood draws), specimen collection and/or drop off, and clinical laboratory testing.
Clinical Lab Testing
Generally, Lab Testing can be performed on a walk-in basis and no prior appointment is required. Most major insurances are accepted. However, if any questions arise as to type of patient preparation or insurance plans accepted, please contact our main lab office at 419-479-5445.
Glucose Tolerance Testing (2 hr, 3 hr, etc.) are performed by appointment only. Please contact the lab at 419-479-5445 to schedule an appointment.
Post vasectomy collection can be dropped off at any time, but must be delivered to the lab within 8 hours of collection.
If your physician has asked that you refrain from eating (to be fasting) prior to your blood being collected, please call us for details at 419-479-5445.

Anatomic Pathology
The Toledo Clinic Pathology Department provides state-of-the-art services for outpatient Anatomic Pathology.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our work as reflected in our reports in addition to rapid turnaround time on most surgical specimens.
